ACE Camp
July 7 – 11
Take the controls of a real airplane during an evening session with a WMU flight instructor! Campers will examine the fundamentals of flight and discover how to use maps and compasses before taking to the sky for the ultimate adventure.
Field trip experiences include the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek Airport control tower, WMU’s College of Aviation Sciences, Duncan Aviation and the Air National Guard Base.
PLEASE NOTE: Other activities may be substituted if unforeseen circumstances prevent visiting these locations.
Camp runs Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Noon – 6 p.m. on Wednesday) Grades 9-12. $150 ($135 - Air Zoo Members)
